Rajiv Bhalla, is an entrepreneur based at Hardwar, and has been residing in the city since birth. He received his early education at Welham Boys’ School, Dehradun, and completed his schooling from The Doon School, Dehradun. He graduated from St. Stephens College, Delhi, and topped the university in B.Sc. (Hons) Chemistry.
He joined the family business of wholesale distribution of FMCG products in 1986 and represented various companies like Hindustan Lever Ltd., Godfrey Philips India Ltd.,Pepsi Foods, Parle Biscuits Ltd. etc. In 1995, he started a new company dealing in IT products and services and is now representing various companies like Hewlett-Packard, Acer, Apple and Microsoft. The company has a large number of clients in the corporate and education sector and has implemented large projects of campus-wide networking and system integration.
Rajiv Bhalla is a member of the Rotary Club of Ranipur since 1987 and has served Rotary in various capacities like Club President and District Assistant Governor. He has been actively involved in many training programmes and has been in the faculty for training new club leaders for the past 15 years. He is a trustee in AnathShishuPalan Trust, which manages an orphanage of 70 children and is running a CBSE recognised school in a rural area near Hardwar. He has been a trustee of MaaAnandmayee Memorial School Trust for many years and his contributions over the years have been noteworthy.
