    The great strength of any school is its teachers and the low turnover of staff is also a strong point of the School. A teacher is no longer just the provider of all pervading knowledge. He or she is a facilitator, who uses the new technology to motivate the students to explore for themselves the world of knowledge and inspires the students to learn and grow in an atmosphere of affection, warmth, trust, togetherness and openness.

    MAMS boasts of well qualified, competent and experienced teachers with years of teaching experience. MAMS is also committed to Staff Development through a wide range of on-going in-service programmes and workshops, which cover not only academics and pedagogy but also areas such as psychological counselling, personality development and career counselling. 

    The Staff to students ratio is 1:15. The strength of each section in Classes V to XII is confined to a maximum of 35. Hence, each child receives individual attention and is encouraged to approach teachers for help with problem areas both in and out of class. In the senior classes teachers may even teach small groups of 10 or 15 students.

    Tuitions during the vacations are actively discouraged. The School takes on the responsibility of remedial classes for weak students during term time and sets such students holiday work to be undertaken under parental supervision.
